I'm not sure if it's been fixed or not, but the 2020 Tokyo Olympics seems to be scheduled as follows.
Olympic Games
24th July 2020 - 9th August
The opening ceremony: 8 - 11pm on 24th July
The closing ceremony: 9 - 12pm on 9th August
Paralympic Games
25th August - 6th September
until Tokyo Olympics
