The branding of Tokyo 2020's test events

The brand name and logo for the test events have been revealed on the 23rd.

The brand name;
READY STEADY TOKYO

The logo;

What the name and the log express is here.

Although the word "steady" doesn't strike me so much, I hope the brand name makes sense for English speakers, or rather internationally.
